You amaze me!  I'm good to get an hour in per day!

Today I'm traveling to Norcross so I'll do a good core workout in my room when I get to the hotel this evening.

The weekend was awesome--got 2 good runs in!!  I've been doing some high intensity sprints and I know the folks I pass on the running path think I'm crazy when they see me wide open like I'm being chased!!

After sputtering through that 5K on Saturday, I'm weakened still. Thinking of getting back to the treadmill today...but busy day at work.

Excuses, excuses.

Don't feel bad.  It took a mental and physical push for me to do the bit of cardio I did. But I never dreamed I pushed it as much as I did.

Those 2 hills along the back killed me.

not an excuse bro, you gotta listen to the body - those races sap you, no matter the distance.  Crazy as it sounds, I get more tired and sore from a 5k as a 10k race, as usually you pu**** as hard as you can in the 5k's, but try to pace a bit more in longer runs.. no shame, in fact, its a really good thing to take a couple days off and make sure you're rested up, so you can hit it hard on that third day ;)
