Great blog post Dan.

You're accomplishments are inspirational, and your acknowledgement of the truly important things is inspiring.

Keep it up!

Good read, I am seeing now how easy it is to get caught up in racing and goals, but none of this would be possible for me without the love and support of my hubby. I am excited for the future when my girls are old enough to understand what a race is and understand why everyone is so frantic at a triathlon, but I made a big promise to my hubby that I will never put races or training before my family. I know without my family I have nothing. Your post made me tear up a little.
