After an interesting 5+ miles yesterday, I expected just an easy 3 miles today.  But... once I got going it felt really good, so after warming up, I started the run at 6.7 and increased the speed by 0.1 every 5 minutes until 7.0, then the last 5 was at 7.5.  Total workout time was only 30 minutes, but a good intensity 

Nothing better than a run that feels good!
