did a 5K today with Paul and Chad (congrats to both of them for PR's!)... didn't get a PR, but it was my third 5K on this course and a PR for the course, right about a minute faster than last years race.  i'll take that any day of the week.  great day for a race.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
 5k for me as well I.  New pr for the course did it in 29:48 and came in 3 in my age group 40 to 49 women.  I was only 25 seconds behind the overall masters winner.  I ran this race in 35:26 last year my goal this year was a sub 30 so I am very happy and I won a nice monogramed towel. I live in a very active community I was shocked I placed 3rd.

Ran up to .45 of a mile today. Averaged 13.48 minute miles!

I'm still down.  Went to the store and felt like I was gonna drop about half-way through.  I am really sick and tired or being sick and tired...I wanna run!!!!  Maybe tomorrow???  And it will be slow and easy to start.

2.35 (??) miles run outside (my garmin ran out of juice mid-run).  seemed to be going fast, hoping for a long (5 mi) run tomorrow if the weather holds.
