Clocks are springing ahead.. rain seems to have ended here in the northeast, and I think most of us are looking forward to some of our first major races of the year...  my first half is sunday, the Celebrate Life half marathon in Rock Hill, NY.. I'm told its got some killer hills and I should not expect a PR  :o

Just finished my first 5K of the year with a new PR 32.23 I beat my goal time by almost 4 minutes.  This race also gives me my wave assignment for my 10K in july which is 4 waves better than I was hoping.

I'm doing a 5k and, with the time change, I have to get up at what my body will think is 4:30 am! Ugh.
