Had a great work out today...IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!  I had to work 4 hour...But I brought my bike with me.  I went to the local junior college...It is really spread out with ag and buildings over 3-400 acres or more.  I rode for about an hour...don't know how far.  It was 66 degrees today...Perfect for riding.

Did a completely different run workout today, it totally broke me off. For the first time since I was in the Army, I did an interval run workout. Total I covered 5 miles in 42 minutes, lots of sprints, was tough but fun to do something different.
