Wow, I can definitely relate. Maybe that's why I'm becoming obsessed with exercising and feeling like I can never do enough. Isn't pychoanalyizing ourselves a wonderful thing? LOL

Loved it, and loved that its written by Peter Sagal from NPR's Wait Wait Don't Tell Me program.  

I loved his Kafka-esk quote:

It is comforting.
