Ran 3 miles @ just under 10 min miles and now I'm heading out to a 1 hour spin class. May do the 28 minute core class right after that too. Feeling like I need to burn some chub tonight!

Today I could only manage a 1000 meter swim, I was worn out from physical therapy this morning.
