60 min spin class - speed play, ok workout, not my favorite type of spin class, believe it or not, i prefer hills :)

 2 miles @ 3.0 & 1 mile @ 3.6.....3.6 is highest i have ever been, cant believe what i have accomplished in 4 months, might go back later for weight workout
