I ran a mile!!!!

Well, in .25 mile increments with a couple minutes walking in between, but I ran a mile!  And I can run a quarter mile without stopping.  Very slow jog, but jogging it is!  Look out 5K on April 23rd, here I come!

Oh a sad note, as I go farther and longer, my old dog won't be able to keep up with me and I'll have to leave him home.  He's 11 (last Halloween), yellow labrador and he loves coming out, but I'm afraid 1.5 miles is the most he can do.

Here's to running!
