I haven't done mine yet but I plan to do a 15:15 (kettlebell snatch, moving up to the 25# bell) and a PTTP routine (deadlifts and push presses).

Rode my bike about 2.5 miles to lunch then back.  My wife and I got the combo fajitas...seared steak, chicken, shrimp, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers...Good eats!  There was a strong headwind...I'm going to ask about riding in a headwind soon.

 1200 meter swim in just under 30 minutes.  Stroke is starting to feel so natural, now I just need to get faster.

I ran 3 miles outside after worj with a friend. I will be glad for the time change this weekend so it is not  dark so early; I have really missed my outside runs!
