Great to be back at it. After 2.5 days of a stomach virus (lost 14 puonds) and a mini vacation for the weekend in the smokies I got in

75 minutes of weights - arms
3 mile run
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 Hey there...

This is my first post although I have been lurking for quite a while.  I'm hoping that all of you who inspire me will keep me accountable every day with my exercise.  I am currently 18 months out from surgery and have lost approximately 150 pounds.  I have tried to make exercise a daily part of my life but haven't quite gotten there yet.

So here goes.  Today I walked 2.76 miles at my local mall at a pace of 2.5mph which took 1 hour and 20 minutes.  Did some stretching before my walk.
