I'm helping out with my club's New to the Sport program. We did run drills and a Tabata Run. Tabata anything always kicks my butt!

Ran 8.05 mi in 1 hours 22 mins 9 secs

Grand Rapids Running Club's Robinette's Orchard 8 miler this morning. A great run but the hill at mile 3.5, which was repeated at mile 7 was an A$$ kicker! Whew! seemed like it was steeper, higher, and much longer at mile 7 than it was at 3.5. What's up with that??? LOL  Run On!
