10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
60 min tempo run on TM - 7.63 miles, low impact intervals mixed in

I did my first brick today! I think it was anyway. I went to a 45 minute spin class a hilly one at that! Then I went for a run on the TM. I did 1.5 miles at 5.2 mph ,started to feel tight in my upper thighs so stopped and stretched really well.
I am on my way to an hour of Pilates now.

Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
 15 mile hilly bike ride keeping an 18 mph average pace.  Who needs a trainer when I have friends that push me! : ) Happy Friday everyone.  I can clip in fine have really worked on that over the last month but shifting is my down fall, hoping it all falls into place so that I can sign up for a tri.

I thought I was getting one earlier this week when I woke uo so I started drinking echinasia tea(5 cups a day) and taking Zicam every three hours. I feel fine now. I think this helps! I just read study it oes not help(echinasia) but I do not see how it can hurt!
