TGIF Workout
I did my first brick today! I think it was anyway. I went to a 45 minute spin class a hilly one at that! Then I went for a run on the TM. I did 1.5 miles at 5.2 mph ,started to feel tight in my upper thighs so stopped and stretched really well.
I am on my way to an hour of Pilates now.
