I am so sick of walking and jogging. I am thinking of trying boxing. Has anyone had any ideas on this type of exercise?? I know i shouldn't just get in the ring with Tyson or anything to nutty.

I do Tae Kwon Do 2-4 times a week.  Kick Boxing is supposed to be an awesome workout.

i haven't tried it myself, but an old friend in college did it for awhile and loved it.  i say go for it, the key to success is finding something that is fun or enjoyable to you that keeps you moving.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

i love boxing. it challenges you. i've learned to do the speed bag and love.it .. i worked out with some guys at my gym. its hard to throw punches for 3 min intervals your arms are very tired after awhile. don't forget to change things up. hike or jog someplace beautiful.. maybe that will help. there's a really pretty hiking trail i jog by my house. so pretty. i feel amazing when i get to the top. good luck

I have lost 115#'s.  I had my surgery on January 20, 2004.
