unplanned rest day.

I was up getting ready to go to the gym at 415.  Sat down and next thing I know my wife is waking me up at 630. Not sure what happened.

Rest day, I like to take 2 days off before a triathlon, I know it sounds a little excessive, but it works for me.

Thanks! It's a sprint, a 300m pool swim, 12.4 mile bike, 3.1 mile run. It doesn't start until 11am because it is still kind of cold in the morning, but I'll take it, I'm itching to race!

6 miles on the treadmill. 

After warm-up:
3 by 1200 @  7 mph with 400 RI @ 5.5 mph
4 by 400 @ 8 mph with 400 RI @ 5.5 mph

Felt good to resume the interval workouts.
