TurboFire?
There is no "true" sure fire way to "spot reduce" or tighten up loose skin...
What determines how "tight" you skin springs back is genetics, age and just general body type (and how FAST you lose...Those that lose a bit slower tend to have LESS lose skin)...
Eating high protein, low carb and building some muscles also helps (A bit) but other than that...Any true "spot reducing" or toning is simply a myth and old wives tale....Sorry.
The only thing that can truly "tighten" and firm really lose skin is...Surgery. (Cosmetic).
That being said, I am 47, was nearly 300 lbs and have been VERY fortunate to have virtually little excess skin. Most of that is just genetics (Hungarian-German ancestery). and eating a ton of high protein (70-100 grams a day) and doing some serious weight lifting to put some healthy "mass" under my skin. But my stomach or boobs are NEVER gonna look like a super models, ha-ha! Not unless I invest $$$ for surgery and that isn't gonna happen.
Warmly,
Jackie
