Wednesday (Hump Day ) Workout
Ran 5.27mi, the Speed/Hill interval on the dreadmill. The slow is a nice easy walk (15 min/mile) pace, but the Fast cranks ya at 7.5 min/mile...did I say crank...I meant SPANK!!! Whew...Good workout!
So what did YOU do today???
So what did YOU do today???
45 minute treadmill for a total of 3.8 miles (not my best but after a brick yesterday I will take it).
39 minute weights.
I'm going to move my brick days to friday so I can focus Weds on my 10K goal.
Decided to do a small run, 1.21 miles in 12.59, at lunch to clear my head from meetings and it was a good excuse to try out my garmin so I have something to upload tonight
Also forgot I have TKD Class tonight.
