45 minute treadmill for a total of 3.8 miles (not my best but after a brick yesterday I will take it).
39 minute weights.

I'm going to move my brick days to friday so I can focus Weds on my 10K goal.

Decided to do a small run, 1.21 miles in 12.59, at lunch to clear my head from meetings and it was a good excuse to try out my garmin so I have something to upload tonight

Also forgot I have TKD Class tonight.

I'm experiencing my first cold since surgery. It is making me super pi**ed! It has really messed up my energy and ability to exercise.

Went to spin class this morning for about 40 minutes. Felt good to do something!
