Tuesday Workouts
I feel guilty that I have not been around, but we have been very busy getting things ready for my husbands commissioning, so today was work, running around doing errands, taking my oldest to the ER for a possiable broken hand (only a sprain), and walking around the house in my heels (trying to get ready for this thing)....so all in all I guess I had an exhausting day...can't wait for it to be over so I can get out there and RUN!!!

Today was my first day of training for IMC.
Spinning (45 min) + Yoga (15 min) = SPOGA!
