Tuesday Workouts

 I feel guilty that I have not been around, but we have been very busy getting things ready for my husbands commissioning, so today was work, running around doing errands, taking my oldest to the ER for a possiable broken hand (only a sprain), and walking around the house in my heels (trying to get ready for this thing)....so all in all I guess I had an exhausting day...can't wait for it to be over so I can get out there and RUN!!!

 Running "rest day" which means 25 mins on the ARC (strength program) followed by 40 mins of weights and strength building focused on Upper body, Abs, and Core...Nice "rest" day!  
Eating junk food and CRAP is not a reward...it's a punishment...
  it's a DEATH sentence...Reward yourself with Good Health!

Training has officially commenced for the Tupper Lake Tinman 70.3.

1600 yard swim

Today was my first day of training for IMC.

Spinning (45 min) + Yoga (15 min) = SPOGA!

It's a class at work. It felt good to really workout for a change.
