Would have done the full 5K or hit the weights but I somehow slept through my first alarm so I was a good 45 minutes behind schedule.

Ran 1.7 miles with the new Garmin.  I was really sore from the Cowtown on Saturday but the new HRM rocks!

Since I do a 3 day work out at the gym, today was an "off day" with just 25 minutes of walking (pack walk with the dogs) cardio.
