monday workouts

I ran before work 3 miles on the TM plus another mile combined pre and post walking at 4.0
I went again after work and did 40 minutes on the eliptical and then spent 15 minutes stretching really well.

I did manage to get up in time to make it to the gym before classes today.  Right around 3.5 miles, but if I could only quit flapping my jaw, I could have made it a full 4.  

Proud of myself for getting to sleep so I could get up.
