60 min spin class - AT intervals, tough one today, instructor said "we'll suffer today.... together" :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Getting back after a rough last week.

30 Minute Treadmill
20 Minute Weights (arms and chest)
15 Minute in the pool. 7 months ago staying above the water was easy now it isn't.


I have a long way to go in the next 3 months but I have no doubt I will do it.

10 minutes on the bike - trying to figure out how to use the damn thing..i did get 3 miles in..not sure if that's good/bad or what...but hey, i'm trying!!

Cranked out 5.26 miles on the Dreadmill early this morning.  Then did some stretching and abs/core work.  Nice workout.

 lousy swim, mayb 500m.  just didn't have it today.  Gotta dial back my workouts so I can be more consistent and take less days off.
