Good vibes for a dreary Monday morning..
Last week at work I mentioned to one of my friends that I wanted to start biking and maybe do a duathalon this year, because I can't really swim, so I didn't want to try a triathalon. She jumped right in and said we should do a team triathalon, she'd swim, I'd run and our other friend would bike. I'm so excited to do this Tri with them this summer, it's going to be so exciting. I've been friends with this girl since we were in kindergarten and she's seen me at my worst/heaviest.. She sent me an e-mail this morning asking about finding a 5k for us to run together again - she did her very first in November (she was one of the girls I helped train). She just sent me an e-mail telling me that all the time and effort I've put in has inspired her to do something good for herself..
