5mile run in the park - it was windy like  a mofo, but I did well.  I've finally learned how to control my pace and I haven't ended up with 'cement' legs before the end.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

5.5 mile run this morning.  The weather was brisk, the pace was ok, the lungs are still building themselves back to pre-surgery status.  Clearance should come on Friday, so keep this run quiet.

We ran 13.1 around the lake on this snowy Sunday morning.  We were dreaming about spring the entire way.

Was supposed to do 10.2 miles today but down with tonsillitis - been trying to run through this damn bug but hubby finally put his foot down and said I need to get better - will have to reschedule this as it was my long run for the week.

Happy getting healthy!
