Just did a 4 mile run - a personal distance record!  Working my way through the 10k training plan - the race is early April.  
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

pretty much a rest day, took the family to the local greenway and walked around 2.5 miles or so.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Took a 5-day recovery from swimming, running and spinning and was ready to get back to it today.

 I did it! I broke into double digits this morning with 10.26 miles! Done in 1:42:57 for a 10:02 min/mile pace. I guess my "slacker" day yesterday paid off! Run On!

Eating junk food and CRAP is not a reward...it's a punishment...

 after a day of eating way too much down on arthur ave in the Bronx (the original Little Italy), I did my penance with a 10 mile run, including the last 3 miles after dark in some pretty cold conditions.
