WEIGHT GAIN

As many of you know I have been struggling to add some muscle back. I still run but my main focus has been lifting. I went for a follow up appointment today from my surgery last month and what they told me seemed to be good news but the best is when they weighed me I was up 35 pounds from last May. I bottomed out last may at 180 pounds of nothing but skin, fat, and bones. In 9 months I have been able to gain 35 pounds of muscle and still wear the same size clothes as b4. Amazing what some hard work and good nutrition can do. As some others have done lately I want to take time to thank everyone here for keeping me motivated and inspired. You guys are the best. The longtimers all the way to the ones just starting, THANK YOU!

Isn't it great when a plan falls into place?

Great job Nate.

This is probably the only forum on here where we get excited about some gain.

awesome nate!  congrats on the success of your program, you are one of if not THE hardest workers on this board, and your success is no surprise.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Great job, Nate!  You are definitely one of the hardest workers I have encountered.  Keep workin cause the project is never complete.

Mazel Tov! I'm so happy for you. And you are inspiring. I need to add weights in, even have them and a routine, but I have no motivation to start. Ugh.

You are the poster child for strength training.  You're going to have to update your pictures with all that muscle!
