One session this morning in which I pushed myself as hard as I could. I was sweating and beat by the time I was done:
-twenty minutes of yoga to warm up
-one hour of hard core aerobics for cardio
-ten minutes of free weights for strength training
Tonight while watching tv with hubby:
-an hour or so of relaxed yoga poses simply because it feels good
