Wednesday Workouts

Back at it this morning.

20 minute cycle (5 mph)
22 minute Dread mill (2.0mph min speed 5.1 max 5.9)
50 minutes weights Back, shoulders Legs

Thanks to whoever suggested the bike and straight to the run it is not the easiest thing to pull off but I have a little over 2 months to make it happen.

dropped my son off @ the gym playground and got in a quick swim this evening. 
1000 meters in about 21 minutes.  man, that was my first swim (workout that is) since my last tri in august!
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 treadmill 3.3 @2.0 incline 15 minutes
elip - 15 minutes
shoulders - ouch lol

and ice fishing for 4 hours thats got to count for something

30 minutes on the eliptical at 10 resistance. All the TM were full. I was hoping for a good run since yesterdays was short and cold! I guess people are sticking with their resolutions!
