Fills & Strenous Exercise
I am scheduled to have my 3rd fill on Friday. I'm currently training and conditioning for the upcoming women's football season. It is a very, very strenous training. I was just wondering since after each fill you have to do liquids then mushies, is it a good idea to continue such a workout right after the fill? Has anyone had any experience with this? I don't want to kill myself. I will be doing the fill Friday and have a 4 to 5 hour practice on Saturday. What do you think?
There should be no reason to not workout after a fill. You will probably be sore around the injection site, but I wouldn't think it would be any different than getting a shot for anything else. The area might be red and sore to the touch for a few hours or so. Just makes sure you're well hydrated. You might also check out the lap-band board. You might get a larger number of replies. I haven't found a whole lot of banded people on this forum. Best wishes!!
