 Today was a well deserved rest day, I drove 15 hours straight yesterday.  I will say that while on my mini vacation I managed to get down to 139, we will see if I can stay there...

Rest day. As much as it sucks I figured I would give my bleeding gut a day off. My workouts tend to aggravate the ulcers when they are still bleeding.

 Was planning on a nice run, but SNOW changed that...so my workout today consisted of Shoveling.  No miles but a good upper body workout!  It's official, I am so ready for SPRING, with Warm Sunshine!!!
Eating junk food and CRAP is not a reward...it's a punishment...

Hi, i had surgery almost 4 months ago and i am nto excersing.. any tips?

start slow, most of us just started walking and then worked up to other things.  my suggestion is to find something you enjoy, it will eventually turn into a habit, and one day you will wake up and feel like you NEED to exercise :)
