Monday workouts
Rest day. As much as it sucks I figured I would give my bleeding gut a day off. My workouts tend to aggravate the ulcers when they are still bleeding.

start slow, most of us just started walking and then worked up to other things. my suggestion is to find something you enjoy, it will eventually turn into a habit, and one day you will wake up and feel like you NEED to exercise :)
