TREADMILL
As I said I am not much of a jogger at all, in fact I really don't like doing it, so maybe I will just do an easier version of the HIIT. Could you please explain how to do the 10 mins of a moderate walk/jog for me? This is something I would like to do outdoors also.
thanks
thanks

If you don't like jogging, then don't jog. I'm sure walking at around 4 - 4.5 mph would be equally effective depending on your incline and duration. Or you could try cycling.. my personal favorite.
I'm exactly sure what you need me to explain of how to do 10 minutes of a moderate walk or jog. It all depends on how you feel and what you get your heart rate up to and for how long. If you wanted to get all technical you get a heart rate monitor or you can just go by how exerted you "feel", and how quickly you break a sweat. The general idea I was trying to convey was 10 minutes of cardio followed by 10 or so minutes of weight training, etc.
