Did a seven mile run this morning.  A friend at work told me that there was a nice path that was great for running.  We found the path, but it was a nightmare.  Downed trees, branches and blac**** for about  two miles.  Think I'll stick to my old running trails for awhile.

Tried running to see how far I could go before the IT band started flaring up, I made it to 1.30. After that I did a 1000 meter swim in 10 100 meter sprints, it was a nice way to shake up the swim workout.
