Goal story below....but I have a question for exercise nuts....when you are at goal and looking to maintain, how to you figure how many calories to add back in for exercise?  I was eating about 1000/day and was still slowly loosing and feeling awful....had to back off on the exercise d/t lack of energy.  I added about 200/day more calories in and feel up to exercise again.... I like to try to do spin class 3x/week and body pump (coreographed weight lifting) 2X week.  How do I figure out what I should be eating to maintain?

Goal Sttory.....
My doc never set a goal for me.  I started at 212 and when I went in for my 6 month check I was 145 and he said I was probably done and I had a better BMI than he does.

I was not happy with the 145, so I decided that 112 sounded good...it was a 100 lb loss and that sounded cool!

I am at 120 now.  For the last 2 weeks I have felt worn out and I have barely had the energy to drag myself to work...let alone exercise.  I was also starting to feel frail and weak.  I decided that it is time to call it done.  I am 49 years old and 5ft 1in.  I have very little fat on my body, with the exception of a bit of fluff on my tummy.  For the last several days I have increased my calories by about 200/day and allowed myself some healthy carbs.  I am starting to feel better and I was able to get to my spin class class today.

So....this is it....I am at goal and goal is 120....with 92lbs lost...now on to maintenance mode
