I've been away but I really need to commit more so I get my exercise in, so I'm going to try to post every day now.

I'm going running after work...I had to put that out here now so that I'll actually go!

It's 55 degrees outside and I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!  I've been cross training, but I haven't run, actually run, outside, since the beginning of January..SOOOO EXCITED!!!  :)

did a 5k run in 35 minutes...not a very good time (time-wise), but a MUCH needed outdoor run!!  I felt great and was suprised at how easy it was to get back into it...that darn treadmill plays headgames with me and made me think I couldn't run anymore...I'm steering clear of it from now on!!

under the weather today, which is a shame because its the first warm day in forever, but managed a 1000 meter swim.  Hoping I can get some time on my trainer later today.

I was also having a bad day and feeling awful today, I lifted shoulders and back and could only manage a 1000 meter swim.

don't you love how we both had "bad" days and only "managed" 1000 meter swims?  a year ago I would have laughed my head off at the prospect of swimming 1k meters without stopping in a single workout...

Wow, I never even though of it that way........one good way to look at today's "lousy" workout.
