thursday workouts
60 min of weights (core/legs)
10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
60 min running on TM, low impact intervals (7.54 miles) felt really awful today, hope it was just a bad day and nothing else more serious.

3 miles on the elliptical.
I've been away but I really need to commit more so I get my exercise in, so I'm going to try to post every day now.

I'm going running after work...I had to put that out here now so that I'll actually go!
It's 55 degrees outside and I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!! I've been cross training, but I haven't run, actually run, outside, since the beginning of January..SOOOO EXCITED!!! :)
****did a 5k run in 35 minutes...not a very good time (time-wise), but a MUCH needed outdoor run!! I felt great and was suprised at how easy it was to get back into it...that darn treadmill plays headgames with me and made me think I couldn't run anymore...I'm steering clear of it from now on!!
