23 mile bike trainer ride, then a few minutes for transition, then hit my neighborhood for a 1.16 mile run. My ITBS is getting better, but for now I am sticking to short runs, I really don't want to take 2 steps backwards with this thing.

I also registered for the Ironman 70.3 Muncie today, its on July 9th, just enough time to help prepare me for Ironman Louisville on August 28th.

I felt like Crap and felt like puking all the way even after I started working out.   I didnt finish my normal workout and only lifted weights for about an hour.  I skipped a few of my leg workouts, and all my dumb bell workouts.  Normally lift for an hour and a half or longer.
