Its been a week since my last run, my doctor told me to ease back into running and stop when it hurts. So I did a brick workout with a 24 mile bike ride on the trainer, took about 3 minutes as a "transition" and then went outside and ran a mile in 6:47, I was starting to feel the ITBS pain a few steps from the 1 mile point so I did what the doc said and stopped after the 1 mile.
