30 minute Dreadmill  I changed it up and didn't shoot for distance but rather worked on increasing speed.
  .5 miles 5.2
  .5 miles 5.3
  .5 miles 5.4

between each I did .10 miles at 3.8  not many miles but it was tough for me.

48 minutes weights.
