Wednesday Workouts
started with a 10 min mile on the treadmill, assisted chin-ups, hammer something or other, decline crunches with 8lb ball, back machine, x2, stairmaster for 10 long awful minutes, kettle bell shoulder press, db lat raises, kettle bell raises, and then kettle bell tree choppers x2, 10 min on the treadmill at 2% incline doing some speed work, then barbell curls, hammer curls, concentration curls all x2
