Tough Decision
So my normal week goes something like this
MWF 60 minute run 30-45 weights;
T,TH (morning) 60 minute weights 1 mile run.
T,TH (night) 45 minute TKD class which has 15-20 minutes fitness.
SAT back to back TKD classes as scheduling allows.
The decision comes in because my TKD instructor has asked me to join the Weds night class in addition to the T and TH classes.
What has me concerned is that I am still trying to get my nutrition dialed in for T and TH which are late nights followed by early morning long workouts the follwoing morning. I'm not to sure about adding one more late night and struggling to eat for the next day.
In the end I will give it a try and see how it goes.
I am going to take Bill's advice and get the Cardio and Calorie point Tests done at the gym so I have a foundation to build my calorie requirements from.
To be honest at 216 I feel better than I ever have, sure I would like to lose some more pounds but is I just replaced fat with muscle I would probably still be happy. I believe less fat will make the running easier for me, but also know that comes with training and just putting in the miles and pushing a bit more each time.
