Food & Exercise Apps Question..

I just got a 'smart' phone and I was wondering what people used for apps to track their food intake and exercise..are there any good ones that include both?

Part of the reason I got it was because I wanted to track both my food/beverage intake as well as my exercise in a more effective manner than the random post-its and scrap papers..

Any input from you techie/exercise nerds would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks all!!

I've been using Lose It when I travel. It works pretty well.

I use cardio trainer pro for exercise, and sparkpeople for food. Cardio Trainer Pro isn't a free app but there is a free version that lacks some of the pro version features, and its food tracker makes no sense to me.

I'm not sure if Daily Mile has an app, but if they do, it's a great exercise tracking tool. I wish more people I knew used it. I love to see everyone's workouts on there!

I have an android phone so Livestrong wasn't available on the market for me (although I used to use it with my BB and loved it) but I switched to Calorie Counter by Fat Secret and it tracks food and exercise. The food logging reminds me of LS, the exercise tracking is not as good, but does the trick for me. Good luck!

I also use Livestrong - the bonus with it (and maybe with some others) if I am at my laptop or desktop, I can log in to Livestrong via intranet and log food/exercise - the keyboard on my laptop makes it much easier to enter favourite meals and frequently used recipes that later on, I can grab off of a picklist on my iPhone when I'm on the run.
