10 min walking for warmup/cooldown
75 min on TM (9.49 miles), felt the strongest and this was my longest run since the goofy a month ago.  finally starting to feel myself again.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

First day back on the run since surgery.  I went just under 5 miles today, but walked a short stretch after 1 1/2 miles.  Friday I get my official clearance to run.

Rob, I'm glad to see that a little surgery couldn't keep you down long.  Take it easy. 


The roads were sloppy today - a mixture of  rain, sleet, slush, snow, salt and sand.  It felt like quicksand.  Got in 3.5 miles and called it good enough.

Time to taper for the New Orleans Mardi Gras Marathon next weekend.  I was planning for the half, but couldn't help myself when I finally registered.  That 18-miler last weekend was all it took to pull the trigger.

Good 'brick' today.  I was actually on time for spin class this morning so got a good 55 minutes.  Hopped on the TM for right at 3.5 miles.  I've been using some incline lately and both increasing the incline and speed each mile.  Running is still feeling great.  Gotta love it!

I spent an hour on the TM total running miles was 3.5 the rest was walking a bit before and after. I then did an hour of zumba. I hope tis puts me on the right track for this week; last week was awful for me. Tired all week and no motivation!

8.25 mile run with a BIG hill....had to walk a bit of it, but it still felt awesome!
