60 min spin class - AT Intervals, tough one today

i just realized that i did 4 spin classes this week..... i guess you can tell what's on my mind :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 unplanned rest day for me, have to start getting serious about planning my husbands commissioning...so lots of running around today...

I also signed us both up for the Shamrock 8k...can't wait!!!  Oh and I lost the 3 pounds I gained while being lazy!!!!  So happy about that!!  I also have a consult for plastics, I have to call on Monday, wish me luck!!!

 10k run in 53 minutes on the tm, and anther .5 cool down.  Light chest and tri + abs routine.  Legs are feeling it after a hard spin last night and this run.. making be scared of the IM.  Very scared.

Hubby left town for work yesterday so I didn't get a workout early.  Then as a part of this running economy study I'm part of I had a muscle biopsy done late in the afternoon, so a real workout was out of the question.  Man, did it hurt last night!

Anyway, it felt much better today and I managed a good 4.5 mile run with intervals.  Have to stay out of the water till I take the stitch out, so no swimming until next week.  

I'm happy with the running lately.  Most runs feel good and running more than 3 miles every time (except bricks).  Looking forward to the April triathlon.

 3.52 speed interval on the Dreadmill.  I'll be glad when the streets are cleaned up from all this snow and i can get back outside!  : )
