After sitting in a meeting for 8 hours, I needed to jumpstart my body:

45 minute spin class
3 mile run on the treadmill

 Did 6.22 in 1:00:39 on the Dreadmill for a 9:45 pace this morning.  Really wanted to run outside but just too much snow and yuck on the roads and was just to flipping cold!  I am really ready for Spring!
Eating junk food and CRAP is not a reward...it's a punishment...
