Today was better than yesterday, ate food and had my B12 shot. Couldn't wait to get home for the B12 shot, I know when I am starting to hit bottom.
20 minute dreadmill warm up.
5 minute crunches
50 minutes weights. Intro with Personal trainer to help get me set on a plan.

got my kick in the butt and did some speed work in the pool (ok, speed work for me in the pool is not exactly fast...). About 1000 meters worth. Gonna hit the trainer later and do some small chain work for a couple hours. Also gonna clean my diet up a bit, going back to the 2 or 3 protein shake and a balanced meal routine for a couple weeks and see if I can't get myself out of the clysesdale class.
Hey Andrew, I wanted to let you know I won't be at Orlando 70.3. I hesitated to register because there was a chance my husband would have to go to BNCOC at that time, and we found out yesterday he's going, so I am going to do the Muncie 70.3 on July 9th in Indiana instead. I will be tracking your race and cheering you on from here on that day. Obviously, as you saw on the Louisville IM participant list, I'll be there with you.
