Playlist
Mine has a little bit of everything - country, older rock, 70's disco. Anything upbeat. Nothing angry. I also don't have anything slow (except in spin playlists). I also like songs that build. I have some playlists designed for interval training also. The only problem for some people (doesn't bother me though) is the pacing of most songs aren't the same as the foot speed. My turnover is actually faster than the beat of most of my music, but I really tend to like the music I pick and actively listen to it.
