Possibly the worst workout I've ever had .....
40 minutes of weights - chest/shoulders

What about you ??? It had to be better than mine.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

No it wasn't.

I got out of bed and made it to work.  That is about all I could manage today.  I have hit a couple points over the past week wear the morning after TKD I am just spent, I'm thinking it is probably a matter of not being fully rehydrated.

Froze my arse off doing a short run/walk, about 1 1/2 miles on a chilly AZ morning.  I can't even imagine how those of you *****ally live in the cold manage to do it.

 Hit the dreadmill with 3 miles including hills...thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day for me, I am sure my legs will be sore...

I was up early and did 3 miles on the TM before work. I have been so tired this week, 3 was hard! I worked night shift this weekend and it has totally messed me up!
I will walk or ride the bike at the Y while DD is at dance class this evening.

 Hmmm...Shoveled the driveway at 4:00 am...got to work and had to shovel around the office so those who could make it in could get in...got home, the storm had passed and it was bright and sunny, On the way home I'm thinking this is perfect for a good run.  Got to my sub-division, and of course none of our streets had been plowed.  Made it to the house, into the garage...went back out to shovel the drive one more time!  Yea this Ground Hog Day Blizzard Snow-a-palooza Stormagedon got us!  I am so ready for SPRING!!!  I'm looking forward to a nice run tomorrow!
