60 min weights - shoulders/back/bi
60 min spin class - AE/AT HIIT class, tough but felt really good.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

50 minute Kettle bell workout.  OUCH! 

I about died doing this workout but I think I will pick up a set and continue with them at home.  A lot of the exercises the trainer had me doing will transfer to some of the fitness we do at TKD so it was a good workout.

(I change up my cardio a lot during the course of a workout cos I get bored easily!)

10 minutes on the arc trainer - inc 10/10, res. 75/100
stretching

cleaned about 6" snow off of 6 cars for my co-workers..that's gotta count for something!!

 Did a nice 3.2 run...felt good about 10:30 miles...better than when I stopped a few months ago...I can feel myself getting stronger already, I am so happy right now!!!  Plus it was sunny out..:)))

1 hour weight lifting class plus I plan to get in a 4 mile run this evening. I really feel for those with the snow.....stay safe!
